Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional business day. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Total estimated delivery time (processing + transit): 6–13 business days.
Shipping Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Hong Kong Time, GMT+8) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $59.99 USD or more.
For orders under $59.99 USD, a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.99 USD will be applied at checkout.
All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on the destination and package size.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to multiple international destinations. Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information typically becomes available within 24–48 hours.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
