Thank you for shopping at Alorar. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had the hygiene liner removed
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@alorar.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and reason for return in your email. Our customer service team will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item received
  • An item damaged during delivery

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the processing period:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank for further assistance.
